This was a fun project!
THE PROBLEM
I was tasked with building the new Galaxy Note brand online. Upon the heels of a successful holiday “Products I Love” Pinterest campaign that I developed, Samsung wanted to further increase loyalty and retention and celebrate fans.
THE SOLUTION
We incorporated a Facebook App dedicated to Samsung Owners. All content was curated and fed into the App to highlight device owners who provide tips and tricks articles, community videos, and support questions to other users from their Galaxy Note.
RESULTS
2,000+% increase in activated fans in 7 days – Approx 1.5 million app downloads in 21 days – Inquiry to sales channel clicks increased on average 547%
This was a team effort, a HUGE team effort! What made this work is collaboration, being open to the ideas of others and bringing in a ton of sweets and donuts.
