I’m not a huge sports fan, but I do love me some hockey! So, needless to say, I was over-the-moon excited to be brought in on the NHL account.
THE PROBLEM
NHL needed to increase engagement, fan base and shares on social channels.
THE SOLUTION
I created a data driven strategic plan and led the creative, development and social team in execution and management.
RESULTS
– Increased user engagement on tab 152% for the 4 weeks tab was live
– Social share value & sentiment: 28:1 positive
– Game video views increased an average of 814 per video on engagement tab.
– Click through to ticket sales increase average= 94% in 7 day cycles, monitored for 4 weeks.
So what is the lesson with this one? It’s in the solution- DATA DRIVEN. If your marketing is not data driven, then you are shootin in the dark my friends.
